    Hello, I hope that all is well. I keep receiving a too many redirects error every time I try to update the plugin.

    Please advise how I should proceed.

    Assuming that you had correctly activated the license on that domain, and the update failed as you say, do you have a Windows based server? If you DO have a Windows server, you will need this plugin installed to overcome a bug with that server software:

    Otherwise, if your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you:

    Then you will not need that plugin I mentioned. Check your version of Search & Filter and then please follow the advice in the relevant thread referenced in my last message.
