    Hi there,

    I’m building out a search form here;
    https://anauk.org/find-an-agency/

The results for “london, wales, scotland” etc work.

However “north east, north west” etc don’t.

I think it’s something to do with the space in the name. Could that be right? What would be the fix?

    This is ACF data.

    Thanks

Which version of our plugin are you using?

    Hi Trevor, I’m on 2.0.

For some reason I can’t upgrade to 2.1?

Your license is valid (and from the purchase date you should be using a version 2.3.x), but that is a VERY old version, and a lot has changed, so the very FIRST thing to do is to take a full backup.

With such an old version, you should NOT delete the plugin from WP Admin, as doing so will delete your forms also. v2.3.1 onward does not have this issue. We are currently at v2.4.4.

You need to do the update manually (after downloading the latest version from your account area):

    Manual installation instructions:

    1) Deactivate S&F Pro in WP Admin Plugins page (do NOT delete the plugin from within WP Admin Plugins page; otherwise you will lose your search form)
    2) Via FTP (or cpanel file manager if you have it), delete search-filter-pro folder from the wp-content\plugins folder on your server. If you wish to keep the folder, just in case, do NOT rename it, instead move it UP a folder into the wp-content folder.
    3) Unzip the file that you have downloaded (if you are using cPanel File manager, you can upload the zip file and then extract it in the plugins folder).
    4) Upload the search-filter-pro folder to the wp-content\plugins folder on your server.
    5) Activate Search & Filter Pro in WP Admin Plugins page.

You may need to re-build the cache also.

    Hi Trevor,

I had misread, I was on 2.3x like you said. However, I have updated anyway.

This hasn’t fixed the issue though.

    Any ideas?
