I am going to take up the support for this topic as it appears related to an earlier thread that you posted. Am I right in thinking that you have progressed to this point now and need help with this only and the other topic needs closing? I can see a number of tickets from you and I think some 1 on 1 time might tick them all off in one go? I have today joined the Design & Code and I will try to resolve this for you. Firstly, is there still a problem, as I see it is a few days since you posted? If it is a problem, we need to find a method so I can see the problem myself. This might be using Skype Show Screens function or maybe having access to the WP Admin of your site.

A new name to the forum (me) as I come on board to the Design & Code team. I am going to take this problem on and try to resolve it for you. I think I am going to need to take a look at your WP admin pages to see what is going on. Is it possible for you to send me admin logins and the login url? You can do this either by send a reply here, but in the settings mark it as Private (only moderators [Ross and I] can see) or I can send an email to you directly for you to reply to.
