    There are many reasons why replies might be private, most often because they contain private information (such as development site URLs, and login information).

    These forums have been closed for some time now, so could you open a ticket on our support system to receive help?

    I am sorry, but with the current version of our plugin, it is not possible to copy the forms in this way from one site to another. You would need to rebuild them.

    Can you, if you have not already, open a ticket in our new support system, which you will find in Your Account on our server, or send an email using the email account your purchased the licence with, to:

    support@searchandfilter.com (a support ticket will automatically open on receipt of that).
