I updated WordPress to PHP 7.2 and now I’m experiencing issues with Search & Filter Pro on my WordPress site. The posts in my projects pages, events, news and careers are not being shown. When I login to the WP admin panel I can see the projects (etc.) are still there they just will not appear in the live website. I called my host and they think it’s an issue with Search & Filter Pro. She said she was seeing errors on her side. When I tried to update the plugin it states, “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. My other plugins are able to update and I don’t know why this one will not.
It sounds like you have an outdated version of our plugin. The current version is 2.4.6
This may be because we changed our domain a little while ago, and so old version do not see new updates. What version do you have installed, so that I may recommend the best method to update?
2.2.0 has issues with PHP7.2. You will need to upgrade to 2.4.6.
