I can’t automatically update your plugin from WordPress, so I’ve downloaded the latest 2.4.2 but WP will not accept it as a new plugin.
Do I deactivate the 2.4.0 first then upload the new 2.4.2?
Will it retain the data entered into 2.4.0?
Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your problem. Assuming that you had activated the license on that domain, did the update fail? If so, do you have a Windows based server? If you do have a Windows server, you will need this plugin installed to overcome a bug with that server:
