As per your suggestion, switched to separate taxonomies for what were categories.
Problems I’m encountering. As I created the search form the cache rebuilds (I have to stay on the page.) Each cache takes nearly 2 hours. I hit save again because I added two drop downs (didn’t know at the time I’d have to redo cache everytime I make a form change) and it has to rebuild the cache again so another 2 hour wait. In the meantime I tried out the new search and it still returns all posts rather than what I searched for.
I’ve also been reading about when I add or update posts I have to manually rebuild the cache for those posts?
I add about 10-20 posts a day, update about 30-50 posts a day so this is going to be incredibly inconvenient if I really have to cache each new/updated post.
Trevor(Private) December 16, 2017 at 2:38 pm #147952How are the posts being added/edited? If it is an automated process, then you should be able to add that action to the process. If you are doing it in the traditional way (using the WordPress Add/Edit Post editor, then S&F Pro detects that and updates the cache for you.
