    Hi I have tried updating the plugin today and I got same unauhtorized error.

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.

    IF your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you:

    Hi I have finally updated the plugin. But this time the search does not show results.
    I have tried the short code process.

    In your server files, in the Avada child folder, you have a sub-folder called search-filter and in that our results.php template. The file is empty. It needs to have the template code in it (see the copy in our plugin folder, in a sub folder called templates.
