    Hi,
    We have recently extended our license and are trying to update the plugin.
    Unfortunately, we get the following message: “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    The website is listed in the license section of this website, and the correct key is being used.

    Is there anything else we need to do?

    Ah, that would be why. Can you go to WP Admin -> Search & Filter -> Settings and see if you have this setting:

    Yes, we have that setting. It’s not currently selected.

    Good. Don’t change that!

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains. We have a permanent fix for this now in the current version, but the advice in this thread should work for you:
