Hey Burt, can you open a new support ticket?

Have you followed the instructions for setting up with Ajax? http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/#docs-new-ajax the video is out of date and there is a new way

Been so busy with support I haven’t managed to get back to you.

You could use a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/show-current-template/ to find out the template name of a page you like the layout of.
