Hey Trev,
I thought we had it there for a while… but the offending course is not showing in the category filter again…
I found a coding error in one of the plugins linked to LearnDash and after fixing it looked like all was good again. But yesterday at 6:13pm the S&F tables were modified again and as before only the rows with the Course Post ID of 79 were affected…
So me next step was to implement auditing tables in the database for both the S&F tables.
This didn’t work at all… for some reason it caused the S&F tables to truncate and when you rebuilt the cache the tables stayed empty…
Here is s link to my dropbox folder that has the sql in it that I used to build the audit tables and the triggers… (Note as soon as I deleted the triggers – I could rebuild the cache successfully)

The Plugin to monitor the WP triggers and database stuff was real time only 🙁 no logging available for it… so no way to tell what was triggering the WP update hook you were talking about…
Please chat with Ross and see if there is anyway he can help me isolate what is triggering the updates/deletes and inserts to you tables that is causing the inserts and updates to not contain the POST id of 79 where when you click rebuild cache button it then adds the POST Id of 79 back to both tables…
Even if it is another plugin triggering the update hook I still don’t understand how the POST Id is being deleted…
