    Hey Ross,

    Cache updated…

    No, we’ve not implemented your post cache function. Should we?
    What we are doing at the moment to refresh your memory is that we use LearnDash LMS to build our courses

    The structure it uses is Course->Module->Lesson.
    We only have one Course that uses this designed structure.
    All of our other course are short courses and LMS does not really support this feature but has an easy workaround.

    Would just don’t create Course or Lesson level objects and use the Module instead.
    I mention this as We may want to add some larger Course later and it is only the Courses (which we only have one of at this time) that are having the cache issue.

    Hi Rick

    No we don’t need to enable / disable my code this time…

    (I changed a couple of things so we didn’t need to).

    I do have a request though, can you check to see if that post is still there, and if it is, clear out debug.log file (so its empty).

    If its not there, then restart the cache, and when it is visible again, empty debug.log..

    Then once it disappears, I’ll take a look at the logs again.

    Oh a couple of things I forgot to mention:

    1) You don’t need to use our update post cache function, but if you had, and used it in the wrong place, it might have been the cause of our issues

    2) Instead of rebuilding the cache every time, what happens when you open the post, and click “update” – I would think it would be re-indexed and re-appear?
