Hi, I can’t find contact details to deal with this direct, so am having to post publically.
I’ve migrated a site from .local to live. I agve removed the old domain from the licence section of the website and added the live domain. I cannot receive updates (Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized). When I enter the key into the plugin, it saves but does not activate.
How do I resolve this?

As we have changed domains, in order to be able to activate and manage licenses, you site would need to be using v2.4.4 of the pro plugin. IF your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you to enable you to update:

Please note that any changes to license activation can take 15-30 minutes for our server to reflect the changes.
