    Hi-I have been trying to download the newest version of the plugin on my wordpress site but it says unauthorized. My license is active and entered correctly and I cannot figure out why the plug in won’t upgrade to the latest version.

    It says 1.4.3 on my plugin dashboard. The changelog says 2.4.3 but I’m not sure if that means it is installed. It also says that it was updated 10 months ago.

    OK. That is a VERY old version of our Pro plugin.

    We are currently on V2.4.6, and on a new domain/server (hence the difficulties I think). See these instructions:
