    Hi,
    I have a form using search, cats & tags to list the courses we offer and for some reason one of the courses randomly stops showing up in the results until we rebuild the cache.
    E.G. it dropped off the list a while ago and I rebuilt the cache on Monday the 7th and it showed up straightaway and I had to rebuild the cache again today as it stopped showing up again.

    In all fairness its possible that this happens after a LearnDash LMS plugin update but it doesn’t explain why its the same course each time that stops being displayed.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Can I ask if the hosting company is WP Engine?

    If not, this might be a caching issue, as some sites have many levels of cache.

    Thanks for getting back to me Trevor,

    No… the hosting company is Liquid Web

    It was working fine for a few months (that we can remember) and then One particular course disappeared.

    I have looked at the file dates from the last LearnDash LMS update and it looks like the course disappeared after we applied the update. but only that one same course every time.

    Do you know about LearnDash?

    Hi Trev,

    Its dropped off the list again…

    To find the course in the back end go to LearnDash LMS and Courses…. its the one listed in there that is not in draft status.

    In the front end click on “Tribal Library” menu option you will see all the various Courses, Master Classes etc… filters.

    “The 7 Figure Foundation” is the one we are looking for… It is in the main list but the total on the “Courses” filter is 1 when it should be 2.

    This is what is continually happening… the course shows in the main list but not if you click the courses filter.

    If I go and rebuild the cache then it will show 2 courses and be displayed when i click that filter option…
