    Hi all, hope this finds you well. I am trying to update my plugin, my license appears to be up to date and the is active on my site but I am receiving this message:

    “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    I see no renewal updates or status in my account here either. Ideas? WordPress 5.01

    What is the version number of our plugin that you are currently using?

    I am on 2.4.0 trying to go to latest.

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains. The advice in this thread should work for you:

    I believe this will be Resolved when your servers update! My mistake on the licensed site, I had it pointed at the dev site. OY!
