    Hello,

    I renewed my license a couple of days ago, activated the site here under “Manage sites”, also activated within WordPress. I have waited more than 48 hours now and am still not able to update. Now the update link is available to me on the plugins page, but I get a message of “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    The filter functions are no longer working as they used to on our site (in fact they don’t work at all), and we need to get this working. I don’t want to delete and re-upload the plugin, as we would lose all our settings.

    Assuming that you had correctly activated the license on that domain, and the update failed as you say, do you have a Windows based server? If you DO have a Windows server, you will need this plugin installed to overcome a bug with that server software:

    Otherwise, if your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you:
