Your License Key is About to Expire

Hello,
I’ve received an email with the folllowing text:
Hello Boris Hoekmeijer,
Your license key for Search & Filter Pro is about to expire.
If you wish to renew your license, simply click the link below and follow the instructions.
You will receive a 20% discount on your renewal.
Your license expires on: July 2, 2018.
Your expiring license key is: [reacted].
Renew now: https://www.designsandcode.com/checkout/?edd_license_key=%5Bredacted%5D&download_id=615.

BUT,
I cannot log on to the designsandcode site to renew my license, because the site is under maintenance. That is strange, because the URL to the license renewal page is available. Only when I try to log in to make sure my account credentials are used, do I get the maintenance message. I cannot renew my license.

I also logged on to the new site searchandfilter.com, but there I don’t see any way to renew my license.

How can I renew?

Hi Boris

When did you receive that email?

I disabled the email system from our old site so you shouldn’t have got this (unless it was in the couple of days we switched over), instead you should get an email from searchandfilter.com?

You should be able to do the same thing on this site by using the following link:

https://searchandfilter.com/cart/?edd_license_key=LICENSEKEY&download_id=615

(replace LICENSEKEY of course)
