Hi there,

Just wanted to chime in that this same behavior is actually happening for my website as well. Just purchased the Pro plugin and am using ACF’s custom dates.

By removing the extra underscore in the URL, it actually shows the results. What was the solution for this issue?

You were using the wrong meta keys. I have changed them (see they have no underscore at the start) in the form UI.

I also see you are using Visual Composer. You know that we have a (free) extension for Visual Composer Grid elements? Makes setting up easy.

So, I installed the extension for you, and duplicated your form, and changed it to VC settings, and in the page added the new form and VC grid for it. Settings for grid are for you to set.
