I am unable to see the replies on this post, they are all marked as private. Is there a way I can be added to the list to see all of the posts?

    Hi Roland

    I can see the issue.

In wp-admin, if you go to your taxonomy Fabrikat, then choose the english language, you will see you do not have any of the taxonomies listed [1:link in follow up]

All your posts, even the English ones are assigned to the German terms.

Thats why S&F won’t display anything in the English side, because those terms are for the German language.

From here you have 2 options:

    1) Translate the terms of this taxonomy, and make sure your English posts are assigned to the English terms (there are options for this in WPML).

    2) Tell WPML not to translate this taxonomy (it seems like you might not want to, because the terms are brand names it seems)

There is an option in WPML where you can choose if you want your taxonomies translated, and you have the option “translate” and “do nothing”, setting it to “do nothing” for this taxonomy will show the same terms across all languages and fix your issue. [2: link to follow]

I just tested option (2) (and put it back) and it works as I described.

Hope that helps clear things up a bit!

    Thanks

    Hi Ross.
It looks good now. Thanks for your effort and explanation. I am down with the flu but as soon as I feel better I will test and let you know if it works on a greater scale.
Thank you for your effort and explanation
    Regards
    Roland
