WPML translated Filter not displaying taxonomy

Hi everyone. I have created a filter that only filters by taxonomies.
I followed instructions and duplicated the filter to english version. Results are displayed by shortcode. I double-checked results URL and also checked that the english posts have correct taxonomy assigned. But still ONE of three taxonomies I want to filter by in my second language is not being displayed. (First language works great).

I found this thread, which seems to be related.

What can I do?
I am using Version 2.3.0

Hi Ross,
thanks for looking into this.
I have done what you described but nothing has changed. Still the first of the taxonomies is not displayed. I have rebuilt the cache, switched themes, deactivated most plugins but nothing has changed.
Can you look again?
