i’ don’t know why the search doesn’t work for me
i used the tutorial
it’s only shows me categories results

Ahh you mean you want the Search box (text input) to be able to search for category & tag names?

Ah this is not an option within the plugin but you can achieve this effect by using Relevanssi with the S&F search box:
