I’m having this same problem, and woul love to have a some help on how to build this fror WooCommerce using Elementor templates.

I’ve checked the “WooCommerce Shop” option on Search & Filter Display Setting tab, but the filter options won’t show up on the product category pages (Built with Product Archive template on Elementor).

I have split this from the other thread:

As your issue is most likely different.

You would need to add our form to the template in elementor, and best to do this with a Text element, use the Text edit tab, and paste the shortcode for the form in to that.

It is possible also to use a Shortcode element.

Thanks, I got it to the page.

My next problem is how do I filter dress sizes? I found how to add product attributes to the filter, but how do I show only the attributes that are used by the products in the current category?

For example my client has used the same size attribute to childrens clothes and mens & womens clothes…

Also my client wants to filter out all the products that are out of stock on the size that is filtered to show…

For example if the product categorys has four different shirts. Customer selexcts size Large. Two of the four shirts are out of stock on size Large so they should be filtered out.

Do you have Auto Count enabled, and, in each field, do you have Hide Empty enabled?

Thanks that worked, and it’s now showing only the sizes that are available. What an awesome plugin you’ve coded!

I’m still having a little problem with the resultse not being filtered on the page automatically. I tried this with and without submit button using the Auto submit form -setting.

However the filtering doesn not take action unless I click on the url field on my browser and click enter for it to reload the page with the parameters Search & Filter has added to the url…

That suggests that the Ajax Container may be wrong in the form settings. Is it set to .products ?

Awesome, thanks! It works now 🙂

I noticed that when in a product category that has products from 10€ to 60€ the automatically detected higher price is at 1000€. If is select the price range to be 40€-60€ the cheaper products will disappear as they should. But if it select the price range to be for example 70€-1000€ all the products are shown, eventhough none of them should be shown…

I’m using the price range slider with automatic detection on Min and Max values.

The slider range will be for all products, until you manually change it. The Auto Count can’t change it. I think WooCommerce has an out of stock field, so you might use that in the Post Meta conditions tabs.

I’ve been retesting this a little bit and I noticed that the variiation size filter shows the products even if the stock on the selected size is zero.

Is it possible to filter out the products that are out of stock on the selected variation? I have “Hide empty” enablet, but I think that only filters out products that don’t have the selected variation, for example size added to them.

It might be possible to exclude any variations where there is no stock, as I think WooCommerce has a field that indicates this? Does it have an out of stock meta field?
