Thanks. But the intended behaviour is that it detects the price when all the products are showing in the current category. After filtering offcourse the maximum and minimum needs to stay as they previously were when you enter the category. Woocommerce does is this way as well and I think this is a neccesary feature because now I have a category with product ranging from 0 to 5 € and the price slider is set to 712€ because of the most expensive product.
Ross Moderator(Private) July 29, 2019 at 5:34 pm #217481Hi Jacco
My understanding is, that you you wish the price slider min / max values to be automatically set based on the current query?
As Trevor linked before, there is a use case for both options, and we have not built this feature.
So if this is necessary, all I can say is right now this is not possible, however, we’re adding it to v3…
If I’ve missed a detail, please explain further.
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) July 31, 2019 at 6:52 pm #217726Hi again
I’m afraid thats the way it has always worked, we haven’t even had many feature requests about it (maybe a few, over a couple of years…), although its something I’ve been meaning to add in for a while.
I would estimate v3 is 2 months away.
Thanks
