Anonymous(Private) April 23, 2019 at 12:17 pm #208938I already read the thread but I cannot make it work. You write “In the Page Builder Post Grid element settings, the Data Source needs to be set to Search & Filter, and then for you to select the form.”
There is no option like this. I only see “Pages, Posts, Attachments, Videos (my own one I’d like to filter)”. When I choose “Videos” and save it, the articles do not change when applying a filter.
Trevor(Private) April 23, 2019 at 1:42 pm #208970Ah. I think I see the issue. WPBakery make two products.
The original product was called WP Bakery Visual Composer and was sold on Envato (CodeCanyon/Themeforest) either separately, or bundled with themes. There are millions of sites with this version installed.
Then they decided to direct market/sell an all new version, not via Envato. So, rather confusingly, they renamed the (old) one on Envato to WPBakery Page Builder, and then called the new one WPBakery Visual Composer.
I think you have this newer version, and we do not directly support that, as it has an all new code base. The version number, suggests this is the new direct marketed version.
Both version continue to receive updates and improvements, so it is all very confusing, as they are not compatible with each other.
Trevor(Private) April 23, 2019 at 2:07 pm #208983You could use the free Post Grid plugin. The number of columns is dependent on the post width you set (the narrower it is set, the more columns you get. Our documentation is here:
