    Dear Support,
    The updating of the plugin failed even though I checked the license key and it is valid. The sign says “unauthorized” updating.
    Could you please help me solve this issue.

    If you log in to your account on our site, does it show the correct domain as being activated for the licence key?

    Look in my account -> view licenses -> manage sites.

    You may need to deactivate the site in your WordPress admin and reactivate it.

    You are perfectly right, there was a wrong site added. Now everything works perfectly.
