    Hej,

    I purchased a search & filter pro single site license, but updating to the new version is not possible. WordPress says: Unauthorized. I checked the license settings, but I can’t find the mistake. In my account it is said, that the license is activated. Can somebody help?

    This is an known issue I’m working on at the moment.

    My installation of S&F Pro was on a temporary site that was later changed to a new domain (the physical location of the files is the same, just the domain changed). I don’t know if this is why my update failed from the WP dashboard.

    In any case, is it possible to do a manual update?

    Sure, download the latest version from your account.

    1) Disable Search & Filter (do not delete).
    2) Via FTP, delete S&F files.
    3) Via FTP, upload new S&F files
    4) Enable S&F in plugins
