I updated and my search stopped functioning. I was filtering for a taxonomy term and before the update the plugin would tell me how many users were tagged with that term in brackets. Now it reflects 0 when I know there are 2 members carrying that tag.
With the update are we supposed to identify all the tags we want to include or exclude?
Hi Edward, check to make sure for a specific field that show count is enabled, and also make sure beta autocount
is disabled – it sounds like the second option has somehow become enabled.
I’m away atm so will get back to you on my return – if you want I can send you a previous version of the plugin to use in the meantime if the above option does not work.
Thanks
Hi Ross
I still have a previous version which I am using.
One other query whilst I have you. The plugin returns users with their avatars. When I click any of them I am directed to their author page which don’t exist on my site. Is there a way to direct to the relevant users profile page?
Thanks
Ed
Just replying now to your other post regarding this – https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/link-user-results-to-user-profile/
