    Hello my update doesn’t work too!

    Do you have to uninstall the original plugin?

    Hi Lee

    You can simply replace the Search & Filter folder in your plugins directory via FTP, or if doing it via the dashboard, you would need to uninstall the plugin first.

    Fortunately (or not) – there is no uninstall method implented yet with S&F, so it retains the settings even when you uninstall – so you can do it this way no problem.

    I need to fix this, as well as providing an option to export settings.

    For anyone interested in this, all Search & Filter settings are just stored in a custom post type – search-filter-widget so you can use the WordPress importer/exporter for backing up your Search Forms.
