    Hi. I just paid to renew and yet I can’t update. I looked at previous threads in your support forum indicating that you might have changed servers, thus causing the issue.

    Have you fixed this yet, so that your customers can update from the WP dashboard? Please let me know the ETA on this fix.

    I first need to know what version you have currently installed. We have changed the domain on the updates server, so you will have one time manual update to perform, but the method is different depending on the version you are using.
