Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

Hi – we’re getting the same, and this isn’t the first time with this plugin. It’s a bit irritating to have to do anything manual (we look after ~50 WordPress sites – not all of them have this plugin but several do).

Current issue is a “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized” message when trying to upgrade from 2.4.5 to 2.4.6.

What’s the best way of sorting this, please?

Great to speak with you Mike. Somehow the activation of the license in your admin had not arrived in your account on our site, so we quickly stepped through that and added the site. I will close this thread for now.
