    Hi,
    For the last month I’ve been trying to update to your last version of the plugin through wordpress plugin update page, however it’s been giving me ‘update failed. too many redirects’ message. Is there any other way I can access the latest version of the plugin?

    Please note that, as your license appears to have expired, you will first need to renew the license to receive support. You would also be advised up upgrade the plugin to the latest version if you are not already using v2.4.4 (you may need to do that manually, so please seek further advice if this is the case, citing your current version).

    If you have a license under a different account, you would need to log in to that account and add a private reply to this thread with that account so that I can tie the thread to that other account.
