    I just send a message about some issues with renewing our license. Unfortunately I didn’t received any email about this ticket.

    I can only see this one message recently. Did you use our online contact form? If so, it does say this at the top of the contact form:

    Note: we do not respond to support requests via this contact form.
    Please use the support forums for all technical and account related queries.

    As far as I can see you have an active account that was renewed today. Do note that any changes to the account, like this, take 15-30 minutes to show up in the Your Account pages.
