Forums › Forums › Search & Filter Pro › Unable to cache posts error
Hi there,
On several websites we successfully use the S&F plugin, but now we have a problem with rebuilding the cache on a new woocommerce shop. It says:
Error: Unable to cache posts
Something prevented the caching process from running, you can try again by selecting rebuild cache.
When i click that button, nothing happens and the message still shows up. I also tried to change the caching speed to low, but that doesn’t work.
The woocommerce shop is pretty big, it has 16.000+ products. How to solve this caching problem with big amounts of products?
Thanks!
I am not sure what the problem would be. Something on the server must be stopping it.
What do you have these settings at:

You may need to make sure it is set to ‘slow’ and background processes ‘OFF’, and try rebuilding again (with background processing OFF, the form has to remain open in the browser).
