Trouble excluding sticky posts or custom tax from results

I have a filter to search cars in a woocommerce catalog.

Some os those cars must be hidden from search.

I’ve defined these posts ins a taxonomy named “oculto” (hidden – in portuguese).

In the search form those cars are still showing in the searchform.

I even tried do define those posts as Sticky and exclude Stick post from search, but without success.
