Hi Rena
I noticed your issue – at is core its a spelling issue!
I see if I edit the therapist Lisa, and scroll all the way down I have a section called custom fields (part of WP) – here you have a list of specialties (notice the spelling).
To me it looks like at some point you decided to switch over to ACF plugin to create custom fields, which is where you have all those checkboxes under Specialities.
The problem was, your meta field in S&F was set to specialties instead of specialities (your ACF field).
I’ve switched this over for you and now it seems to be working for Lisa as expected.
I would be careful of this distinction and ensure your other Therapists are setup correctly.
