    We are using ACF for creating a field call specialties for therapist. You can see what I’m talking about here:

    http://gethelpisrael.com/therapist/?_sfm_specialties=Academic&_sfm_medical_professional_type=Therapist

    This is using a filter for Academic.

    If you go to a profile, you can see the specialty for Academics listed in the right rail of the profile: (This profile is working correctly and showing up)

    This profile has it too, but she is not showing up in the filter list:

    I reindexed the cache, but that didn’t help.

    I have had a good look and I cannot see anything obviously wrong. Is it possible for you to update to v2.2.0?

    I have left the item count enabled so I can see what is happening.

    Hi Trevor,

    I ran the update, but Lisa is still not showing up. I tried rebuilding the cache, but that didn’t solve the problem.

    Is that one therapist the only one that it goes wrong for, or are there other instances?

    It’s hard to tell – this is one that we’ve noticed an issue with.

    I could not see anything wrong when I looked, and if this were the only post with a fault, then that suggests something wrong with the post itself (maybe corrupted in some way). In which case …. can you make a ‘dummy’ therapist from new with the same profile, and see what happens?

    Hi again,

    We are seeing more issues. This is from my client:

    The 2 specialties (Psychoeducational Testing and Psychological Assessment) are giving me a hard time. They’re not showing up in the filter for the therapists that I’m adding this specialty to. I tried adding Psychological Assessment to Tzachi Fried, but it’s not showing up. I also tried adding Psychoeducational Testing to Lisa Kainan and Alyson Aviv and it’s also not showing in the filter. Interestingly enough, Psychological Assessment is showing in the filter for Alyson Aviv only.

    I hadn’t gotten to making the dummy post yet. These are all existing posts. I tried to reindex, but that hasn’t helped.

    The weekend past was a holiday weekend (it was a National holiday here until today), so apologies for the slightly tardy reply.

    I think that I need to discuss this with our developer, Ross, so there may be a little delay whilst I wait for a meeting with him.
