Text Area search in Category, Taxonomies and author

Hi,
I have a widget with Search Field looking into a custom post type.
The words of the Text Field only are looking at the title and content of the post. I wanted to know if it can also search in text of taxonomies, categories and author of the post.
Thanks

You can achieve that by installing the Relevanssi plugin:

Thanks
