So the mistake was that upper cases were made lower. So Plugin is now active, BUT all result pages are without any reusult

Did you re-build the cache for the forms? And did you go to plugin settings and make sure all is OK?

And if you have a WordPress cache, did you clear that?

My last reply was to tell you that the credentials to login do not work for me, so I cannot look. I was waiting for you to check these logins.
