I have the same problem, with contents in spanish and english. When I rebuild the cache in spanish I can see the spanish post but not the english and viceversa.
My system:

Thanks for the catch – both Polylang & WPML keep changing really (seemingly) minor things in their code which ends up causing the strangest bugs as you can imagine.
I recreated your error and found a fix – I’ve just emailed you a plugin update which should work – let me know!
Makes sure you don’t delete S&F from admin, but upload via FTP – otherwise you’ll lose your saved search forms.
