Did this ever get resolved? I see a lot of people ask about this but it never gets answered publicly. Would also like to know why these events don’t fire.

I’ve split this ticket out from the other one.
In that particular ticket, the issue seems to be a conflict coming from the theme, but the more common issue we see is, how + where the JavaScript is being added to the page.
Could you share a link of this issue?
