    Hi there,

I can’t say I have the exact issue (caching) as Keith [ https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/custom-taxonomies-not-displaying-in-results/ ]- but I am not able to display custom taxonomies & results on the same page.

    My page HTML:
    [searchandfilter id=”8191″]
    [searchandfilter id=”8191″ show=”results”]

S&F “Display Results” options are set to:
    “Using a Shortcode”
    Results URL is populated

    Screenshot of issue here:
    http://imgur.com/a/6ALo0

The output says: “No results found”
    * even though the total posts are calculated (see screenshot)

Its like it knows there are posts there, but it’s not displaying them.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks,
    Brett

It isn’t the same issue, no. So I have split the thread. Are you able to show me a live URL for the page? Use a private reply if you need to, especially if logins are required to get around ‘Under Construction’. If I need to see the form setup, I will need admin logins.

You had set an unfinished condition on the Post meta tab of the setup, and that meant no results. I have removed it.

Also, your PHP setup on the server needs the mbstring extension. This is used a lot by WordPress, odd that it is not there?

Make sure that the results.php template you are using is a copy, in the child theme folder, per the documentation:

    https://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/search-results/using-a-shortcode/#Customising_the_Results
