SnFP not filtering by Category

    Hi there,

    My search and filter is presently setup to do the following:

    • Search in “Post Types”
    • search by category via checkbox
    • omit categories via advanced

    Now that this is in place it seems it is not working correctly. When I select category x from list of categories it still displays all included category results.

    Please advise. This does not seem to be functioning based on the rules setup.

    Which post types are you searching in?

    If you are not using “Posts”, then probably your categories are not actually categories, they are custom taxonomies – try a Taxonomy field.
