S&F Pro plugin will not update

Hello

I have an active license for the plugin but it has stopped updating saying “An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Download failed. Unauthorized”

Can you please tell me how to resolve this.

Hi Joanna

Head to your account – https://searchandfilter.com/account/

Choose View Licenses, then Manage Sites

Deactivate any sites there, then proceed and follow the steps here again:
https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/getting-started/#automatic-updaes
Deactivating the license first if its showing as active.

Hopefully this will reset the link between your account and your install.
