Hi!
I use Search and Filter for my news aggregation site, with a large and growing archive of about 20K articles. It has worked fine so far, but suddenly the widget has stopped generating search results. I’m happy for all the support I can get, since this is affects the overall usage of my active site.

Thats certainly odd. Is there a chance you could have changed a setting?
Take a look at the two tabs: Tags, categories & taxonomies and Post Meta
Make sure to clear out any settings and see if its still working.
Also, try to take a look at Posts tab – if you are ordering your posts by post meta, and the meta key is not in use, or set incorrectly, it will also return 0 results.
