Second “search & Filter” sorta not working

I’m having a similar issue as on the above ticket on another site. I’ve cross-referenced the relevanssi and search and filter pro settings and don’t see a different and I don’t see why search and filter is not working.

Most posts are showing up but there are a few that don’t show up and i’ve rebuilt the index and cache in both search and replace and relevanssi a few times.
