Not sure why, but I can’t get the search filter or drop down options to change the results. I also want it to work in correlation with the year make model filter.

I’m also not sure how to add the price filter setup you had in your demo site?

anyone? This is on a live site so I would love to fix it asap. I was originally using YITH and that doesn’t work. I’ve disabled the ajax and still cant get it to work.

I definitely need someone to look into this for me asap and see if another plugin is causing a conflict….cant get any of the fields to work, it just reloads the shop page…

Is there a phone number or email available? I already paid for this plugin yesterday and have yet been able to integrate it with my site and theme so I would love to talk to someone about what I am missing or need to modify.

    Hi Jonathan

Support is only provided through these forums.

We’re just working through a backlog of support requests from the weekend and will get round to yours soon.

    Thanks

    Hi Jonathan

I see the reason S&F is not working on your shop page – you have set the shop page to display product categories rather than all products.

    Check their docs here:

    https://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

And change the setting: Shop Page Display

    Thanks

Thank you Ross….why won’t it work with the Category display? I feel like thats a much cleaner why for the customers to browse.

And where can I find documentation on setting up the Toggling Price Filter like in your demo site?

    Hi Jonathan

RE the category display – I’m looking into a fix for this so it can also work with that layout – I’ll get back to you later on today.

    RE the price slider –

    1) Use a Post Meta field
    2) Ensure you are using the “number” type and select “Range Slider”
    3) For WooCommerce price, set the meta key to _price

    Thanks
