Search results not filtering on Windows 10

I have installed and configured the plugin to search and filter from a CPT. It works on all platforms and browsers except on Windows 10. It will only show all the results no matter what filter options are selected. Please let me know how to fix this as it is a live site now and we just discovered this.

No. The demo site seemns to be working as it should when I go there on the same computers and browsers.

Then it leads me to believe that there is something specific in your setup causing an issue – although the demo site is running 2.0.2, and I’m assuming your are on 2.0.3?

I’ll update the demo site to 2.0.3 shortly and test again, if it still works then there is some JS/conflict in your site that is causing these issues.

Are you able to test the page from a windows machine and see if the filtering results are changing for you? It’s odd it’s only happening on windows. I’ve tried it on Mac, Andriod, iOS and Ubuntu with no problems. Thanks!

I do use windows, and that issue is present on IE11 on Windows on your site, but not our demo site.

I haven’t yet upgraded it to 2.0.3 though to test if there is a new issue in the latest version.

Mystery solved. It wasn’t specific to Windows. The url had to be served by https://

It won’t work unless it served this way. Works on all browsers/platforms with this change. Thank you for all of your attention to this. Just wanted to let you know.
