Hi team,
I am having some hard time getting your plugin to work.
I use shortcode as display results and when I filter/search anything, any combination, I always get all my posts as a result.
It’s the same with every result method. So for example, I have 6 posts under category called “Age 3-15” but when I select it and click submit, I get all my 56 posts. so it returns all instead of those 6 posts.
Any idea how to fix it?
Ross Moderator(Private) January 19, 2016 at 3:15 pm #34708Hmmm I just wanted to have a play around to see if there was anything I could see.
What version of S&F do you have? (I just released an update today – v2.1.1).
Can you check your JavaScript console for any errors and let me know what they are?
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) January 19, 2016 at 3:18 pm #34712Ross, it is indeed 2.1.1.
here is the js error that could cause that:

This error has come up a few times in the past:
https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/search/Uncaught+TypeError+searchAndFilter/
The issue is every time that the jQuery library is being loaded in to the site twice (check your source code) or some other misconfiguration like that.
So WP includes its standard copy of jQuery, and then some other plugin or custom code is adding it as well – which is actually generally a really bad idea anyway.
Hope that helps
Anonymous(Private) January 19, 2016 at 4:37 pm #34741you were right with the jquery being loaded twice, however it didnt solve the problem I have.
(no other js error anymore).no matter which selection I make, it always returns the same amount of posts. now 47. it looks like this number is totally random. I would swear that few times I got 2 different results for the same query. like 10 and 20. really strange.
couldnt it be somehow connected with the fact that styles are not leaded at all?

Ross Moderator(Private) January 19, 2016 at 5:23 pm #34744Hi Michal
A few questions:
1) Did you also update the plugin to 2.1.1?
2) If you go to the admin area, and edit any of your search forms, what is the status of the cache being built?
3) Can you ensure to disable ajax on your search form? Then, when you submit the form, what happens to the URL? Does it update to include the user selections?
4) RE the screenshot, I cannot see any issue depending on which fields you are using. Is the range supposed to be a slider?
Thanks
