Hi,
I’ve just installed S&F Pro on a Flatsome theme, and when I use the form on this URL : http://dev.uniboxsystem.co.uk/products, when the products are filtered, the style of the form changes?
I wondered if it’s something I’m doing wrong, or something you can guide me around to make sure the style stays the same? I’d like to to appear how it does at first, with the user able to select an option when they click on the box, with all the options available appearing (not the second stage – refined view).
Hope you can help, thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ll show you what I’m seeing:
This is what I want it to look like : http://imgur.com/4U9GI3F
But what I’m seeing once the selection has been refined, is this : http://imgur.com/SDdYK4p
Is it just something I’ll be seeing? I’ve cleared my cache etc…
Thanks
ChrisTrevor(Private) October 13, 2016 at 12:29 pm #63729No, that is not what I see first time I do a search, but on the second, yes 🙁
Can you go to the plugin settings and tell me which script it is using, select2 or chosen? And try select2 if it is not already selected.
I assume these are set to multi-select combo boxes?
Anonymous(Private) October 13, 2016 at 12:52 pm #63733Hi Trevor,
I just changed it to Select2, it was on chosen when I went in. It doesn’t look like it’s made any difference yet 🙁
Yep, they’re set to multi-select combo boxes. I just changed the top box a checkbox to test if it made any change, but nothing yet.
Just to add another question in too – when the search results display i.e. if I select 135 in Profile depth, when I unselect it, the form doesn’t update back to showing all products. Is it something in the settings again?
Sorry for all the trouble, and thank you for your help again
ChrisAnonymous(Private) October 13, 2016 at 2:17 pm #63749Ah okay! Is that something I can change within WordPress? I’m sure you hear this all the time, but I’m not exactly technical and would hugely appreciate any help.
Is the CSS the thing that’s affecting S&F’s ability to unselect and then load the unfiltered products?
If so – should I try to use S&F on something other than the “shop” woocommerce page?
Sorry for all the questions, thanks again
